Jennifer Elizabeth Ussery
Born in Tacoma, WA Nov. 24, 1972. Beloved daughter, sister and friend passed away Dec. 25, 2008. She graced many lives with a heart so pure that it filled our lives with love. She is preceded in death by her mother Gail and is survived by her father Samuel D. Ussery; her grandmother Arcie Ussery of Roy, WA; her sisters Robin Tenney of Olympia, WA, Marcie Norman of Sandpoint, ID; and her brother Samuel T. Ussery of Athol, ID; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; her extended family Dawn Hastings and residents of the Amazing Grace Adult Family Home, of Lakewood; her stepmother Dorothy, who followed her in death 17 days later. Jennifer was a member of New Hope Community Church in Lakewood, Special Olympics, softball, basketball, track and field, bowling, and was involved in the P.C.F.A. She volunteered at the public library in Lakewood and also was involved in the Enrich and Metro Parks special programs. A celebration of her life will be held on Jan. 30th at 11:00 am at New Hope Community Church, 9310 Meadow Rd. SW, in Lakewood. Reception following.
