To the Bamford Family,
My heart broke at the news of Jeff's passing. He has always been like a brother to me. I've known Jeff from the day he got out of the military back in the 80's. I'll never forget that day. We picked him up and spent some time hearing about his stories. He was in his uniform carrying his duffle bag and looked very sharp. After that he worked on adjusting his life to what would be his daily schedule. He loved fishing and visiting with friends and cracking jokes. He would help my family out around the house where needed and if he could do something for us he would. And TALK. Jeff loved to talk. He was a great conversationalist. He later came to give his life to the Lord. His heart was ready to accept this life and it worked well for him. He shared the word with me and quoted scriptures. I know he is now with our Lord and in heaven right now looking down on us all. I admire his confidence, knowing his place with the Lord long before his departure from us all. I find comfort in knowing that he was positive he was going to be with the Lord, and pointed to heaven when it was time. This is such a great legacy he has left for us all. I will always remember his good and wholesome heart. I will miss you Jeff, remembering your smile and the hearty laughs we had shared over the years. In loving memory,
