Jean May Johnson
Jean (Wallin) Johnson born May 10,1926, passed away June 20,2009. Jean is survived by her daughter Christine Bogatay (Craig) three grandsons Jeffrey, Michael, and Richard, one great-granddaughter, and three nieces. Her husband Wallace Johnson precedes her in death. Jean grew up in Mineral and Eatonville. She worked at Boeing during WWII and after that at Kress's. In 1948 she and Wally were married. The two of them loved camping in their trailer. Jean loved her family, every dog and cat she ever had, her CD music collection of songs from the 1920's - 1970's. She voted in every election for over 60 years and admired FDR, JFK and Barack Obama. She was a member of Celebration Lutheran Church. We loved her and will miss her so much. Graveside services will be held Friday, June 26th at 2:00 PM at New Tacoma Cemetery.
