She also loved her family pets and garden, everything thriving under her loving touch. Jean was active in her community as a long time member of Beta Sigma Phi, chapter Alpha Kappa Master. She held numerous offices during her 45+ year tenure and took pride in her perfect attendance before Pep's retirement in 2000, and traveling took priority. the two of them would visit family and friends throughout the Western States, as well as vacationing along her favorite shorelines of the Oregon coast. Jean was also an active member of the First Baptist Church of Lakewoood, enjoying sermons by her favorite pastor, Walt Kellcy. Jean is survived by her husband of 50 years, Pepper; daughter Shawna (Jeff) Parker-Frank; son Brook (Michelle); son Justin (Monica), and grandson Dylan. She has many friends and family who will miss her beautiful smile and lovely demeanor.
