Jayla Christine Neff infant daughter to Christopher A. Neff and Marla J. Baughn passed away December 12, 2013 at Tacoma General Hospital.
Jayla is survived by her parents; paternal grandparents Chris Neff and Lucy Hyder; paternal great-grandparents Bill Bailey and Eleanor Kreese; Maternal grandparents Brenda Wheeler, Michael Baughn and Joe Hays; maternal great-grandmother Barbara Baughn; aunt Angela Howard; uncle Galvin Johnson and godfather Lamon Cole. She was preceded in death by her brother Jehrel Baughn Collins.
