I remember when we were little we used to have so much fun having nerf wars and riding the 4 wheeler. I’ll always miss you teasing me.
At the age of 13, I met Jared through playing online games and as the years passed, he became one of my best friends. We talked nearly every day and had an unbelievable amount of fun playing video games. Like every real friendship we’ve had our ups and downs, but throughout it all we’ve maintained our strong bond. He has always been there for me during the hardest of times and I can’t express in words how much his friendship has meant to me. I will never forget him. Rest in peace my brother I will always carry you in my heart.
Me and jared weren't close but he was a kind person, we would always compliment each other's outfits and i feel like we had a connection through fashion. He's one of my inspirations for how i dress today because i've always admired his style. hearing the news about what happened definitely touched me. Remembering our last conversation where he was talking about his plans after high school.
It’s crazy to think he’s gone. Jared was one of my best friends in middle school. He always made the whole class laugh and was constantly getting caught drawing in class. I still remember our teacher had an entire box of his drawings that she collected every day. His smile was contagious, and he even taught me how to play my favorite video game. After he moved away, we didn’t get to talk much, but years later when I also moved to washington I saw him in a video that a coworker showed me in a group chat. I asked if it was him, and it was. I decided to reach out to him and we chatted a little bit. He even asked me to hang out, but sadly I never got the chance. I hope someday we’ll meet again, rest in piece brother.
Jared, such a beautiful soul, such a beautiful smile, great personality.

Although I never grew close with Jared, we met through complimenting each others outfits and eventually got into buying and trading clothes with each other. In the short time I knew Jared I could tell how much he loved clothing and how he expressed himself through his wardrobe. From what I could tell, to him it was far much more than just clothes but more of an art. Sad to hear he's gone because he really inspired me to step out of my comfort zone with putting fits together.
