Janice Lea Pattengale (Hall) Died November 16, 2011 at the age of 64. She was born December 18, 1946. She is survived by her children Christine Pettett (Steve) and Jeffrey Pattengale (Jennifer), sister Phyllis Schlag (Jack), seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one niece, and one nephew. Graveside services will be held at 11:30am on Tuesday November 22, 2011 at Mountain View Cemetery.
