In the late 50's/early 60's we lived in Hill Terrace (Lakewood) and were friends with Angela and Marty. I have fond memories of going to play with Angela and my brother Ray with Marty.
The memory of "Mrs Powers" that I still think is when she called me and Angela into the bathroom while she was taking a bubble bath. She had put way too much bubble bath in the tub and bubbles were overflowing into the entire bathroom. We could not even see her! At about 10 years old I was amazed by it.
Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of your dear mother. I have nice memories of spending time at each other's homes when we were growing up. May she rest in peace.
