James Edward West, 71, was born on October 18, 1944 in Dothan, Alabama to Eugene and Lula Bell West and passed away on December 8, 2015 in Lakewood, Washington.
James is survived by his daughters, Pamela Taylor and Patrice West, and brother, Eugene West Jr.
A gathering will be held December 22nd at 11am in the Willow Room at the Celebration of Life Center at Mountain View Funeral Home.
