I worked for Jim for many a year framing his houses down in the old development. Matter a fact I talked him into selling me three of his lots down there...surprise, surprise. I just saw and visited with him a while back at the Emerald Queen Casino. It was great talking to him again. He shared some of his wisdom with me on a project that I was currently working on...as only Jim would do. Anyway, I thought he looked great. So, it came as quite a surprise to hear of the sad news.
Jim, I am a better person for having to have known you and even though we hadn't talked in quite sometime I thought of you often. My world has now changed indefinitely because you have left a void in it, for that, you will never be forgotten.
To the family I can only say, words can't describe the sorrow I feel for your loss. Jim was a good honest man. I have never met anyone like him. He was one of a kind. Farewell, my friend!!##imported-begin##Lonnie L Clausnitzer##imported-end##
