Sergeant First Class James Nathan Sellem of the United States Army, 36, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013 at his home in Stuttgart, Germany. James was born on August 18, 1977 in Vancouver, WA. James is survived by his widow, Teresa M. Sellem; father, Sider J. Sellem; daughters, Aurora M. Sellem and Ashley M. Walston; sons, Anthony Montoya-Herzog and Christian Espinosa-Graham (James was Christian’s legal guardian); son-in-law, SPC (P) Jeffrey A. Walston; brothers, Joseph E. Sellem and Roberto-Luis Sellem; sisters, Natallie N. Graham and Jennifer L. Calderon; grandsons, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
James made a lasting impression on everyone he met and will forever be loved by those of us he left behind. A memorial service will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA, on Tuesday, November 26 at 2:00PM in the Aspen Chapel.
