Born to Francis & Agnes Cygnor on May 17 1924, in Solvay, NY. Passed in Tacoma, WA on April 12, 2010; age 85. He worked for the Northern Pacific/Burlington Northern RR for 37 years. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Marcelane and brother Thomas H Cygnor and wife Jeri of Roscommon, MI. Service will be held April 16, 2010 at 2p.m. in the Garden Chapel at Mountain View Funeral Home.
