James Marsh's Obituary
James Robert "Bob" Marsh Bob was born in Tacoma, WA on September 10, 1945 and went to be with the Lord on January 21, 2008. After graduating from Stadium High School in 1963, Bob entered the United States Navy and proudly served until his honorable discharge in 1966. Bob then went to work for Pacific Northwest Bell (now Qwest Communications) and retired in 2001 after more than 30 years of service. He had a passion for the outdoors and loved spending time with family and friends at his properties in Gold Bar, WA and Yuma, AZ. His kind, generous nature and soft-spoken sense of humor will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 20 years, Pansie Marsh, and his father, James Marsh. He is survived by his mother Maude (Babe) Marsh, sisters Cindy (Bob) Hughes, Deanna Marsh, and Sandy (Jim) Young. Bob is lovingly adored and remembered by Pansie's children Jackie (Ray) Olson, Terrie (Dale) Cooley, Gene (Michelle) Jones, Harry Jones, and Jim (Laura) Jones; 18 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the Valley Chapel at Mountain View Funeral Home in Lakewood, WA on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at 12:00 Noon.
