It was a privilege and a pleasure for me to work with Lowell about ten years ago at the World Trade Center. Lowell was a true gentleman who represented old fashioned values - hard work, patience, kindness and courtesy. He was not only an exemplary employee but served as a mentor to many young employees and interns that passed through the World Trade Center.
I was fortunate to talk with Lowell a few weeks ago. Even though he knew that his time was limited he remained the gentleman that I had always known - accepting of life, concerned for others and able to enjoy the pleasures that life still held for him. This world could use more Lowell Gibsons and will certainly miss the one it has lost.
My condolences to his family.##imported-begin##John A. Kennedy##imported-end##
