Hi to you Jim. We all miss you so much, and I hope you are spending alot of time with our son Jim. I write to him sometimes, but not often enough I know. It is hard at the time but I feel a little bit better after I am done. makes me feel a little bit closer to him. And to you when I write you. Your two great granddaghters are doing alot of growing for sure. Emma is 3 now and Ava will be 1 this week. Cute little girls. And they sure have different personalities. They are their own little people for sure. Very smart too, I might add. Chris is doing great as a fairly new mailman. His kids are 8 and 16 already. And Kelley is doing as well as she can under the circumstances she has herself in, but hopefully that situation will be taken care of in the near future.Michael has been married a year this month already and Cameron is finally working and getting more handsome everytime I see him. They are both very caring guys. And Jim's David and Daniel are doing okay too. As if you don't know all this already. Hope you and Jim are doing okay and are at peace. Dear Jim, I haven't written for so long because I didn't realize that your guest book was still open. I am sorry about that. I still write to our son, Jim, but sometimes that is so hard when in reality it should be getting better.Things seem to go pretty good during the week as I have 6 kids here at different times and the running to the schools and back during the weekdays keep me very busy, but sometimes the weekends really get me down and I just need someone to talk to but don't like bothering anyone with something I should be able to control. Especially Linda. She has had enough to deal with in her lifetime. Mine just began 2 and a half years ago, and I just feel like it can't get any worse. That's why I am talking to you I guess. Once in awhile we used to share things and that was good that we remained friends. We really never gave ourselves a chance so many years ago to see what might have become of our lives together with our 3 kids. But they all grew up to be good people and I am glad Kelley stayed close to her real father. The boys, well, they thought it best to stay "loyal" to Dave, but really, I don't think he would have cared if they would have shared themselves with 2 fathers. What else do we have in this world that is important but to have friends and family and to try and remain close to those we love. I have to go but just wanted to tell you God speed and take care of our son Jim, and tell him I am trying my best to cope with all this sadness down here but sometimes I get overwhelmed. I hope it gets better till I am ready to meet up with all of you who have left us here to grieve. Love you all and take care till we meet again. Dear Jim, I wasn't aware that your guestbook was still here and I'm sorry I haven't talked to you for such a long time. I had a healing or reading as I call it Dec. 21,2005, and got very much in touch wth our son, Jim, and it helped me so much to understand that yes, your presence in what is still our world has sadly been taken away from us but there is really such a space where our Jim is aware that you have connected with him again, and he indicated to me that he is well and at peace and I believe it has to be the same for you and all you have met with . I don't think I will ever be afraid of the unknown again as our son has let me know that we don't really go away, and we go on learning and are aware of the connections we have here on this earth. He gave me advice as he tried to do in our past life. I told him I would try, and he let me know that I am a procrastinator! I laughed a little at that while the tears were flowing. It was a hard experience but I feel so much better about the way things have to happen. I know he was ready for a much needed change and he seems very wise. He knows what is going on around us and he connects with you who have gone beyond. Sometime I will again give this experience a try and hope for another success. I will pick out some butterflies for you too this spring. He indicated to me that they will be my sign from him, and I look forward to all I can see. Butterflies are free and so are both of you. Dear Jim, Sorry I haven't written for such a long time. Have been thinking about our son so much lately and about you also, and I hope both of you are taking care of each other and are reserving some good property for the rest of us. And how is our Gary? You two got to be so close these past years and that is a good thing. I miss him too, although I didn't see him all that often, but he was a sweetheart and always had a smile and conversation whenever we would meet over at Linda's. I don't know what to think of this world down here anymore with all that has been happening to those we know and love. Is it because we all of a sudden started showing our old age or what. I just don't know. I hope you are having a good time seeing all who have left us and will you tell them to stick around so we can all be together again when that time comes? Our new great granddaughter (her name will be Ava)will be here soon, actually anytime,so that gives us something to look forward to. Our other great granddaughter, Emma, turned 2 Nov. 16th.It's nice that the girls will be close growing up. It's been busy around here taking care of my mother. And the house and yard are showing the effects of what the days are like around here. And I am looking much OLDER just trying to cope. But I'll get through it somehow. Hi Jim, I just wrote our son, and here I am to bug you too. Hope you both are watching over all of us down here, and when you have some time out from catching up with your family , friends, and our son,Jim, maybe you and Jim can figure out some certain way for you guys to let us know that all is going well with the people we love and miss. There just has to be some way to do it. I'm still taking care of my mother and she gets smaller by the day. But she still has that sharp tongue and makes a few more demands as each day goes by. Not easy, but we will continue to struggle the best we can. Got to get some sleep, so I will talk to you again soon. Get some much needed rest and give our son my love and I will see you 2 ASAP! Hi Jim, I just wrote our son Jim in his guestbook and find now that I want to talk to you after I talk to him so if you don't mind, here I am again. Jim's marker has finally arrived in Yelm, so I will be going out there this weekend to take him flowers and do a little talking I guess. I'm sure it will be a nice one as his wife Sue has worked hard on designing it and it even has a small bench to sit on. It won't be an easy time but something that needs to be done. I don't know about this life here anymore. I hope you and our son are connecting with each other and all our relatives and that someday we will see a sign from you or Jim that all is okay up there and that it is as peaceful as we are to believe.When it is my turn to leave this world I will try hard to let the people I have left behind know just what it is all about. It would bring them such peace. Butterflies this summer and fall brought Jim back to me,and it was comforting, but I have to replace them now that winter is coming with something else to focus on just to get through each day when my thoughts of our son come to me and the sorrow takes over. Life really is "heck" on this earth and I hope all of you who are gathering up there are having a better time of it. If we could only know for sure down here. It might be comforting.Take good care of each other, and now that you two are together maybe you can get Jim interested in fishing.And he can show you his talents in his paintings and drawings. Hi Jim, What a nice turnout yesterday for you at the Eagles! Your family put together so many great photo's of you and all your family and friends. Would you believe there were 2 pictures there of us when we got married in 1960?Both of us had DARK hair instead of GRAY, and we looked pretty young! Couldn't really tell we were 6 months along with our first son Jim!Were those the days or what? You barely 18, and me 15. We didn't really even know each other, did we. Well, maybe a LITTLE!! I hope you were greeted by our son, Jim, and are going over all the years you 2 missed out on. Lot's of catching up for both of you. It was good to see all the Breiner's, your cousins Eulaine, Janet, and my favorite Joann. All of us were there but Chris, our # 2 son, and his wife, Kelly, and Kyle and Christina, 2 of our grandchildren. He had to work that day.Jim Simon's wife, Sue, and x wife Laura were there too. I'm sure you know all this first hand, as I firmly believe this gathering was planned the way you wanted and your presence was there. I just wrote our son Jim, in his guest book online, to save spots for all of us. We can party on someday and make up for the time we all lost in this world here, and join you two in the next world you are together in now.You have so many friends you left behind and quite an extended family who are here waiting to see all of you again soon. Dear Jim,
I just returned from your memorial and it was really nice. There were alot of people there who spoke of you so kindly. I just want you to know that I am so happy I knew you. You are a wonderfully handsome man and you were always so nice. I will always remember you and Pete coming to our house in Enumclaw, a little "tipsy" I might add, and my Mom would not let you guys leave until you ate. You two sat and laughed about losing the cops by driving into our garage. I know you had good times. I am also grateful that you and Jim are together and no longer suffering. You have alot of catching up to do. I sure miss Jim and I really love him but I would not wish either of you back when you both were so sick. Now you are free of sickness and pain and I am so grateful for that. Until we meet again, you two have fun.

Dear Jim, it's wife #1 here, and I want to let you know that I am relieved that you are now with our son, Jim, and that you and your first born will finally get to know each other. It has been such a struggle for both of you and I am glad that your time together now will be spent making up for nearly 44 years of lost time. We didn't get to spend much time together(long enough to have 3 children) when the USS FORRESTAL arrived and departed Virginia from 1960 to 1963, but we all remained friends these past 45 years and accumulated 6 grandchildren and 1 and 8/9's greatgranddaughters, so it was not all in vain, right? Your families will love you forever and will see you in time. Take care of our son Jim. I miss him so much. Too much too soon for everyone.
