James "Jim" Anthony Hiblar's Obituary
James (Jim) A. Hiblar, 64, of Graham, Washington, passed away on December 17, 2023, after an unexpected illness.
Jim was born on January 24, 1959, to Anton (Tony) Hiblar and Gloria Prince in Tacoma, Washington. Jim graduated from Lincoln High School in 1978. He enjoyed his time on the wrestling team in which he lettered.
He later followed in his family’s footsteps by becoming a plasterer. He was proud to join the Cement Masons & Plasterers Local #528 Union. He was a member for almost 28 years and won an award in 2008 for Plasterer Journeyman of the Year.
Jim was predeceased by his parents, Tony and Gloria, older brother, Gary Hiblar, and nephew, Gary Hiblar Jr. He is survived by his wife, Marlene Spencer, daughter Jamie (Eric) Bing, son Joshua Hiblar, siblings Jack Hiblar, Cathy (Ken) McKinley, and Melody Prince, and his nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Mountain View Cemetery on January 5, 2024, at 11:00. In place of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Jim’s GoFundMe page to support the family with funeral expenses. https://gofund.me/72dcef32.
