James Lloyd Gipson Jay passed away peacefully at 83 years of age December 21, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Puyallup, WA, with his family by his side. Jay was a prostrate cancer survivor and a fighter to the end living with Ch Read Obituary

We've known James, to us he was Jay, and Kay for over 50 years. When we were all younger we used to go dancing and partying on the weekends and stay up all night just being crazy. Jay was always the "quiet one" of the bunch, but just as silly as the rest of us. He had the sweetest smile and that is only one of the things we will remember about him. When we took pictures you could see him look at Kay and that smile would shine all across his face. He was a really nice guy and a friend always. We did many things together over the years and we will treasure the memories we made together.
