James M. Cronen
Born Feb. 20, 1920 in Otrey, MN, passed away Oct. 13, 2009. A highly decorated veteran of World War II and Korea who took part in the Normandy Invasion, Battle of Bulge, served under General Patton in the desert. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife Berta of 58 years, son, Mike, grandson, Michael Briton, 3 sisters, numerous nieces, nephews. Viewing at Mountain View Funeral Home. Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009 from 2 to 9pm. Graveside services with full military honors at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA Monday, Oct. 19 at 1:15pm.
