James Arthur Birch"Jim"Jim Birch, 58, of Tacoma passed away on March 3, 2004 and has gone to be with the Lord. He was surrounded in love by his family. Jim will be remembered for the intention, enthusiasm, and compassion with which he lived his life. He was extremely kind and would give anyone in need the shirt off his back. He had an incredible love for his family and friends, who in turn loved him dearly. He was a kid at heart. He had the ability to find joy, laughter and meaning in every day and shared that gift of appreciation with others.He was preceded in death by his son, Jamie Birch, in 2000. Survivorsinclude: daughter, Stacie Ludden (Mark); son, Woody Birch; brothers, Gary, Jack, and Tom; sister, Kathy; 4 grandchildren; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.Viewing with be 1-9pm, Sunday 3/7/04. Funeral Services will be 2pm, Monday, March 8, 2004 in the Mt. View Valley Chapel.
