I did not know James, but I was saddened to have learned about his passing. This was particularly difficult for I was sharing the loss of my best freind's only son, who was 21. James was born after I had left Washington to go to graduate school and have since never returned to the Northwest to live. I cry everytime I think of how James had slipped away without me ever really knowing him. I'm sorry for April and Tony's loss. I know now, as a parent, that there will never be a pain so terrible as the loss of a child.
