Born In Belzoni, Mississippi Dec. 9, 1946 and passed away at Tacoma Lutheran Home, Tacoma Washington on April 2, 2016 of natural causes.
He is survived by his wife-Alice S. Rich(Lakewood, WA), his son-Jacob Andrew Rich Jr (Lakewood, WA), older brother-Jacob S. Rich (Philadelphia, MS), and Mary Ann Flanigan (Harrisburg, AR)
At the close of every day, as he rests, every man asks himself, “Have I made my spouse and children proud? Did I make their worlds at least a little bit better?” Ever a caring husband and father, this is the way that Jacob Andrew Rich Sr lived his life. He always tried to do the right thing for his family before himself. He always took care of his wife and son with much sacrifice to himself. He was an honorable man who will live on in our hearts and in Heaven.
