Jacob O’Neal McFadden, infant son of Jeremy Vincent and Deanna (Wiggens) McFadden passed away on April 30, 2014 in Tacoma, WA.
He is survived by his loving Parents; brother Jackson; sister Skyla; maternal grandmother Sallie Mae Brown and maternal great-grandmother Maede Brown. Jacob was preceded in death by his Maternal great-grandmother Cynthia McFadden and maternal great-grandfather Russell.
