Jacob is survived by his parents, Corey and Lisa Campbell and brothers Collin (14) and Brandon (2); grandparents Pat Thompson of Federal Way, WA, Norris Thompson of Lakewood, WA, and Clinton and Joy Campbell of Tacoma, WA; aunts and uncles Mike and Laura Thompson with Mia, Steve and Andrea Thompson with Aaron, Amanda, and Marissa, Mark and Laretta Campbell with Courtney and Cameron, Terri and Steve Standley with Sean and Jared, and Tina Campbell.
The family would like to thank Montessori in Motion in University Place, and all the staff at Mary Bridge Health Center and Hospital who cared so deeply and made his 7 years full of life! A special thank you to Dr. John McCloskey and the staff at NW Heart Care, who truly loved Jacob and kept his heart working for 7 years. And thanks to the staff of Classy Chassis who have supported and laughed with Jacob.

A memorial service will be held at Our Savior Lutheran Church located at 4519 112th St East, Tacoma, WA 98466, Monday, January 4th at 1:00 PM.
Jacob came to our family as a fighter to survive and left us fighting even stronger. Jacob's courage, will and never ending happiness have been an inspiration to all that knew him and will live within us forever. God blessed us with an angel for 7 years on earth and now may our angel look upon us for eternity!
