Jack A. Binkley's Obituary
Jack was born 9-25-1944, and passed, surrounded by his large, loving family and beloved wife Kathryn Binkley, on 9-19-2012. Jack is now fishing with his parents, brother Tom Binkley, son Mickey Binkley, and scores of other family members. Jack was born in Decatur, Illinois to Carl Orville Binkley and Betty Jean Sturgeon. He had two sisters, Dorothy Huff and Nancy Tuttle, and one brother, Thomas Binkley. Jack was blessed with four sons, Mickey Binkley, Christopher Binkley, David Donovan (Sandy), and Steven Binkley (Jennifer), one daughter, Gloria Moore, two grandsons, Lucas Moore and Xandure Binkley, one granddaughter, Angelique Donovan, and one great-grandson, Jason Allen Donovan. Jack loved his family and was the type of man who would do whatever he could or whatever was needed. He was a good friend to many. Jack proudly served in the United States Army from 1971-1995. Jack was an avid fisherman and bowler and loved baseball. He was a faithful and dedicated employee at General Dynamics; he really enjoyed and respected his co-workers and boss. He was and is loved and will be greatly missed. Graveside services with military honors at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA on September 25th at 11:15. A memorial celebration and meal will be held at Lighthouse Christian Center following graveside services at 1:30pm. Sincere gratitude and special thanks to Madigan Staff, specifically 6 South and ICU West, the Puyallup Tribal Council, and the Patriot Guard Riders.
