Ivan J White's Obituary
Jim died May 4th, 2006, at the age of 87. He was born Nov. 28, 1918 in Waterloo, Iowa to Grover and Stella (Richie) White.He married Florence M. White, Jan. 10, 1942 in Milton, WA. He was a long time resident of Tacoma and Puyallup. After 40 years of driving Jim retired from Holroyd Co. as a sand and gravel truck driver.He was preceded in death by his wife Florence in Jan. 2006 and by a grandson Tom Shedrock. Survivors include son James L. White (Bonnie), daughter Elsie Camp (Carl), grandchildren Anne M. Conroy (Tim), Janet J. Carkhuff (Frank), Carrie L. Jensen ( Barry), Christopher L. White, Cynthia M. Walny (Michael); great-grandchildren Grace, Kaela, Owen, Sam, Madison, and HaidenA funeral service will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at the Mountain View Funeral Home Garden Chapel, with a reception to follow.
