Isabel Ramento's Obituary
Isabel Ramento (Dumlao) or Bella as referred to by several of her friends completed her life’s journey peacefully at her home on September 11, 2015. Isabel, 83, was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. On September 13, 1952 she married Saturino Ramento SR. Husband of 47 years who enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in the early 1950’s that brought them to various countries and states before settling down in Tacoma, Washington in 1969. Those who proceeded in her in death were her husband, parents, six siblings, and her grandson, Gavin.
She is survived by her 2 sons, her daughter, and daughter-in-law, 2 grandson’s, 4 granddaughters, and 2 great-granddaughters. Isabel’s life was filled with family and friends throughout the years.
She enjoyed bowling and bingo and received several trophies for bowling. She was a devoted worker as a supply clerk for the U.S. Air Force from June 1970 to July 1994.
There will be a viewing Friday, September 18, 2015 from 6pm to 8 pm. A celebration of Isabel’s life will be held on Saturday, September 19th, 2015, 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM with graveside service and reception to follow at Mountain View Funeral Home 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood, WA 98499.
