To Kristie & Bob, I was so sorry to see the notice of your Dad's passing. As I'm sure you know he made a huge difference in my life, he tought me things that have been a great help in my life. The biggest thing he gave me was a real sense of worth, he pushed me to do more and take risks. I'm sorry we all lost touch after 80-US, I consider that time together a real gift.

Dear Kristie, I remember your folks so well and the house on 31st Street - your mom's hairstyle salon on one side of the "below decks" and your dad's workshop on the other, where he had also built a workbench for you, and put together dazzling projects like the first computer I'd ever seen. It justified our devotion to 'Star Trek' because your dad already had one foot solidly in the future! I's so sorry they're both gone now; it is the passing of an era. I send my fondest and warmest regard, and hope that - despite your sadness - all is well with you and your family. Thinking of you and remembering our wonderful childhood in the old neighborhood.
