Irene Pearl Baldassin's Obituary
Irene Pearl (Wargo) Baldassin was born November 9, 1922, in Tacoma, WA and died August 30, 2024 in Olympia, WA. She was the youngest of twelve children.
She graduated from Fife High School. After high school, Irene was employed as an office worker at various businesses.
Irene enjoyed playing sports and helping around the farm. Alter Jim retired, they enjoyed 15 years as snowbirds in Indio, CA where they made many lasting friendships.
Irene was known for her breads, pastries, homemade noodles, and especially, her marionberry pies.
Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Jim. She is survived by her son, Bruce Baldassin, daughter Robin (Sam) Thomson, granddaughter Shelley (Christ) McClellan, great grandson Cameron, and nieces and nephews.
