Ione E. Braden's Obituary
In Loving memoryGone home to be with the Lord and her loving husband (Bob) of 57 years.Ione lived in the Tacoma and Puyallup area all of her life. Raised her three children on a small 5 acre farm in the Puyallup Valley, at the time they had a second home in Packwood, WA.Her hobbies were gardening, and she loved her beautiful flowers. She loved cooking and baking for many friends and family. She enjoyed playing pinochle and enjoyed a good joke. She was one of the most caring, loving and generous women to be around.Left to grieve her loss are her children Barbara Chrisman (Ken) of Packwood, WA, Judy M. Sandlin (Bob) of Puyallup, WA, and David Braden (Claudia) of Tacoma, WA. Also her sister Lois Schilling of Tacoma, WA.She leaves behind several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.In Lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a contribution to the Alzheimer,'s foundation.Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the Life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies, and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. After Glow #21I,'d like the memory of me to be a happy one. I,'d like to leave an after glow of smiles, when life is done. I,'d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I,'d like the tears of those who grieve today before the sun. Oh happy memories that I leave when life for me is done.
