Ingeborg Rucks' Obituary
Ingeborg Rucks, 80 of Tacoma, died March 21, 2013. Born in Brockau/Breslau, Germany on July 5, 1932 to Helmut and Charlotte Thiel. Inge met the love of her life in 1957 when Floyd Rucks was stationed in Kaiserslautern, Germany. They were married May 6, 1958 in Kaiserslautern, Germany. They would have been married 55 years on May 6, 2013. Inge set up home for her family, Floyd and Ronnie in many states and overseas since Floyd was career Army, finally settling in the Pacific Northwest.
Inge leaves behind her loving husband, Floyd; her son Ron (Suzie Ellis), daughter in law, Lisa Rucks; granddaughters, Sara Rucks (Matthew), Michelle Rucks (Matt), and Caitlin Ellis; great grandchildren, Alex, Joella and a baby on the way. She also leaves behind her best friend, Rita Kelley. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant daughter, Cherry Ann.
Funeral services Friday, March 29, 10:00 a.m. in the Aspen Chapel at Mountain View Memorial Park. Burial to follow at Tahoma National Cemetery. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
