Ingeborg Anderson's Obituary
Ingeborg was born in Nas, Sweden November 29, 1904, the youngest of 9 children. She passed on to heaven August 27, 2002. She came to this country with 3 of her brothers at age 18, and became an American citizen February 2, 1937.Inge married Gunnar Anderson on August 6, 1927 and were together for 63 years, before he passed to heaven the morning of October 17, 1988. Together they spent many hours at Vallhalla lodge dancing with their friends. Inge also belonged to the Vasa WomenÂ's Lodge. She enjoyed working in her yard, and also enjoyed working as a housekeeper for many years.For the past 6 years Inge has been taken care of by the many wonderful caregivers and staff of Pioneer Place of Tacoma AlzheimerÂ's Home. The family wishes to thank them all, they have treated her as if she were family. They will miss her. We would also like to thank her long time friend and Attorney, Bertil F. Johnson, for all the help and support he has given her the past 14 years. Inge is survived by her nephew, Arne (Roberta) Smith of Puyallup and his family; and her niece Margaret Liebelt of Raleigh, North Carolina and her family.Funeral Services will be at the Mountain View Garden Chapel, Wednesday, September 4, 2002 at 2:00PM.
