For 60 years you were my mentor, my friend, advisor, and second mother. For all of my family you will always stand as the star to follow. I must smile as I imagine the reuinions you are having now that you have moved beyond the bonds of this earth. I love you and will be listening to you all of my life.##imported-begin##Linda Lawrence##imported-end##
Ilovene was not only an inspiration to me, but an active encouragement. I started flying after I was a grandmother, and had one of those "unplanned landings" as mentioned at her service. She called me to say, "Put your chin up and get back up in the air." So I did. Those of us who were privileged to know her can count ourselves blessed.##imported-begin##Marian Hartley##imported-end##

Dear Ted,Greg & Dave,
I learned of your mother's passing from the television late news, and old memories came to mind. Ted, I think you might have been in Jr.Hi when we first met your family. I remember the times on the family boat and opening day of yachting season, and waving to your mom as she drove one of the princesses in the HiYu parade during Seafair. Ilovene was an independent woman and such a joy to be with. She lives on in your life and in the lives of all others that she touched. God Bless,##imported-begin##Barbara Benson##imported-end##

Dave and family,
Your mother was a very special person. I always remember flying with her to Priest Lake, ID. I felt very safe with her. Even though Les was in the left seat, I knew that she was the PIC.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
