Ilona Frances Lynn's Obituary
ILONA FRANSISKA LYNNDevoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Ilona Fransiska Lynn died April 11, 2007 at the age of 84. Ilona was born June 19, 1922 in Bischoffheim, Rhoën, Germany. A resident of Tacoma, Washington since 1960. she was married to Jack B. Lynn, who preceded her in death. Ilona was educated in Germany, where she worked for the judge in the courthouse for many years. She was a devoted homemaker. She was preceded in death by two of her children, Katy M. Hall and Michael J. Lynn. She is survived by two daughters Rafaela Smith (Michael)and Magdalena Wallace (Charles), sister Lisa Schuster , nephew Claus Schuster , niece Gabrele, granddaughters Candace Baca (Robert), Autumn Bieber (Jesse), Brittanee Hall (Dillon), Barbara Wallace (Jerry), grandsons Jack Hall (Allison), Charles Wallace, Jr. (Corrina), Robbie Wallace (Cynthia), Jack Wallace (Mickie), Brian Wallace (David), great-granchildren Madison, Tyler, Brodin, Sarah, Aaron, Jaime, Corey, Heather, and Meagan. She is also survived by her friend of over 50 years, Else Knight of Montana. She was dearly loved by both her family and friends. She always though of others first. She loved to garden and care for her home. She enjoyed reading and writing letters to her many friends and family. Her charm and wit will be dearly missed. Special thanks is given to the doctors and nurses on the 7th floor at Madigan Army Medical Center. A very special thanks to Dr. Cecily Petersen. Her kindness and care will never be forgotten. Thank you to MaryAnne Landowski for her wonderful care and support. We will miss you Mom, goodnight, see you in the morning. Viewing will be held from 1:00-9:00 on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at Mountain View Funeral Home. A memorial service will be at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, April 18, 2007 in the Mountain View Valley Chapel. A reception will follow.
