Dear Bob and all your family,
Very sorry for the loss of your wonderful mother. Seems she had a fine long life , But then I've only known her for maybe half of her life and Bob, that means it's over 40 years ago we were at Villa Plaza Cinema... you all made me feel like family at your house in Lakewood, remembering your mom trying to keep track of everybody that was in and out of the house… was only very recently I learned of Joyce's passing and I was truly shocked. Bob, do you remember I took Joyce to an Elton John concert when we were about 17, Joyce and I were right down front and for some stupid reason during a song Elton gets up from the piano and grabs a bucket of water and most of it ends up on Joyce… and how many times did your mom hear Simon & Garfunkel sounds of silence played over and over and over again that we listen to it in your room. My mom passed away three years ago, she lived 85 but I've decided that wasn't near enough, and I'm sure you all feel very much the same, the ones we really love never get enough time. God bless you all. Greg O'Neill
