I didn't work directly with Hung, but I got to know him quite well over the last 13 years at Ticor. I always looked forward to our chats when I came to the Tacoma office, and will never forget his smile and greeting, "Hello my friend, how are you."
He was the best, and a wonderful human being... I'll miss him very much.

I'm so very sorry for the loss of your husband, father, grandfather.
I worked with Hung, as my supervisor, for 26 years at Commonwealth/Ticor title company. I am deeply shocked and saddened by his passing. I will always remember his kindness, his humor, and have great admiration for the wealth of knowledge he possessed. At work we always loved it when he shared stories of his youth with us! Hung was very good to me, just an all around great guy. I will miss him.

My wife and I met Hung several years ago when he assisted us with title information. We quickly became aware of his knowledge and expertise in this area. He was impressively thorough in his work, and his dedication to excellence was most refreshing and appreciated. His cheerfulness, combined with a superb attitude and demeanor, always portrayed his mission of service to others. We really admired and respected him. He was such a wonderful person and a special friend. We are so saddened by this news. We are truly fortunate and honored to have known Hung. We send our thoughts and condolences to his family and to his associates.

Hung's life touched so many. Not only was he highly competent and talented, he was such a gently human being to know and work with when one needed his services.
