Hugh Kyle Elkins, 84, a Moses Lake resident, passed away May 26, 2009 at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue, Washington. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, June 20, 2009 at Mountain View Funeral Home, with Pastor Paul Hoffman officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association .
