Hubert "Bill" Higgins
Hubert (Bill) Higgins was born November 26, 1927 in Edmonds, WA, and passed away September 13th, 2011 in Federal Way, WA. He is survived by his wife Billie, his sons David (Suzi), Rick (Kirstie), and Howard (Una), and his grandchildren Jenn (Eric) Eikelman, Tony (Alexandra), Tessa, and Mallory Higgins. Hugh is also survived by his sister Laurie Schwartz, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lois Higgins, and sister Thelma Kempf. Hugh enjoyed his family, hiking, traveling, and his years while working for Grayline Tours. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 27th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. Remembrances may be made to the Northwest Parkinson's Foundation. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
