Homer M Goddard's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Homer Goddard, born on April 13, 1957 in Boca Raton, Florida, where he lived until 1979. His parents are Homer Goddard Jr. and Katie Mae Goddard. He was the first of seven children.
He is survived by three sisters: Darlene Burch (Charles),LeJeune Goddard and Adrienne Goddard. Three brothers: Johnnie Goddard (Kathi),Gregory Goddard and Troy Goddard (Cori).
He attended the following schools, Roven Elementary, Boca Middle School and Boca Raton High School. After graduation, he began a career as a Military Police Officer in the U.S Army. He served from 1979 to 1986. Receiving numerous letters of commendations, Certificate of Achievements and Good Conduct Medal.
He lived in Boca Raton, Florida, Wurzburg, Germany and Tacoma, Washington. He was married to Tammy Blanchfield on January 19, 2013 at their home in Tacoma, Washington. He is survived by his wife and three children, LaToya Gregory (Sh’Voda), Jeremy Goddard (Natasha) and Evodio Marcheselli-Goddard and three grand children,Sh’Voda Jr., Deontaye and Octavius. He will also be missed by all his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He could be best described as loving, caring, outgoing, charismatic and generous. His favorite past times were fishing, playing games like poker and dominos and The Dallas Cowboys and loved to cook.
