Hildegard E. Henderson's Obituary
Hildegard E. Henderson, beloved Mother, Wife, and Grandmother, was born in Ernstfelde, Germany to the late Gustav and Erna (Meta) Krecklow on September 22, 1938.
In 1963, she was united in matrimony with Thomas D. Henderson. Two sons were born to this union.
Hildegard accepted Christ at an early age, moving to the states with her family, she made a home with Grace Chapel, JBLM, Washington. Her passion in life was her family, gardening, and shopping (clothes and shoes).
Hilde as many called her, passed from this life peacefully to be with the love of her life, husband, the late Thomas D. Henderson on March 15, 2016.
She leaves to cherish her memory two sons: Harry T. Henderson (wife Debbie) of Kent, Johnny D. Henderson (wife Bert) of Tacoma, sister, Helga Ratleff (late Charles Ratleff, husband) of Ohio, Sister-in-laws, Gudron Krecklow (late Hoarst Krecklow, husband) of Germany, Eddie Mae Thompson (Husband Herbert), Verdell Person (Husband James), Erma Jean Stinchcomb (Husband Guy); Luther (Geraldine Whatley) all of Atlanta Georgia; five grandchildren, Joshua, Devon, Jasmine, Dominic, Chanea, and three great grandchildren, her dear friend Erika Bailey and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Memorial services for Hilde will be held on Friday March 25, 2016 at 10:00/AM at the Mountain View Funeral Home Aspen Chapel, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood WA 98499. Interment will immediately follow at Mountain View Memorial Park. A reception will be held in her honor following interment in the Mountain View Oak Room. Visitation for Hilde will be on Thursday March 24, 2015 from 1:00/PM to 7:00/PM at the funeral home. Family and friends are kindly invited.
