Hilda Suzanne Calvert's Obituary
Hilda Suzanne Calvert (aka Lehua) 80, of Kent, Washington, passed away suddenly in the love of her life’s arms on the dance floor at the Hilton Waikoloa on Saturday, February 28, 2015. She was born in Washington, D.C. She graduated from Bladensburg High School and immediately entered the working world until her 62nd year. She retired from a lifetime of employment as the accounting supervisor and was a major stockholder in the last firm where she worked for 22 years. Her major interests included dancing, music, tennis, cross country skiing, hiking, gardening, sailing, canoeing, and crocheting. She is survived by her spouse of the last 41 years, Richard Walton Calvert; daughters Carolyn (Stephen) Wagner of Sammamish, Washington and Cynthia (Gerard) McEvily of West Point, Virginia; brothers Paul (Peggy) Magtutu of Cross Junction, Virginia, Nicholas (Jay) Magtutu of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland and Gabriel (Cathy) Magtutu of Montrose, Colorado; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 5 nieces; 5 nephews and a lifetime of very special friends.
