Hieu Quang Le's Obituary
Hieu Quang LeHieu was born in Vietnam in 1987 to Duc Le and Bon Pham and passed away on October 29, 2004 in Puyallup from injuries sustained in a car accident. The youngest of the five children, Hieu arrived in Tacoma with his family when he was six. During his lifetime, Hieu was a devoted son, a loving brother and a good friend to many. Hieu overcame the language barrier to achieve in school and did well in a variety of sports. Hieu attended Mann and Washington-Hoyt Elementary Schools, Baker Middle School, and Wilson High School. He had participated in honors English classes, played varsity tennis at Wilson, and was an active participant of the Chalet Bowl Club for three years. He especially enjoyed learning French and had signed up to join the Marines after his graduation next year. Hieu was also a faithful member of the Phuoc Hue Buddhist Meditation Center Youth Group.HieuÂ's passing will be deeply mourned by his parents, his sisters Thao Le (Hung Tran) and Phuc Le, nephew Alexander Tran, several aunts, uncles and cousins, his paternal grandmother, and a host of friends. Hieu was preceded in death by his two older brothers, Duy and Hai. A viewing will be TODAY from 9:00AM Â- 9:00PM at Mt. View Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at the Celebration of Life Center at the Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW at 9:00 AM on Saturday, November 6, 2004.
