Herbert "Herb" Kipp, 84, passed on July 4, 2018 at Kindred Hospital in Seattle. Born March 30, 1934, Herb retired from the United States Air Force, after a lifetime of service. He was dealt with radar, & then computers while in the service. Herb's family are putting the details together for a private service, honoring his military service.
