I am a neighbor of Herb's. I was so surprised to read of his untimely passing. When Herb was healthier and I would see him out in his yard working and caring for his beautiful yard and shrubbery, I would often stop by and chat with him and comment that he was the most active "one legged" man that I ever met. He did more work than any two normal men could ever accomplish. His obituary was spot on. Herb loved life and was a very decent man. God bless him, and his family.
