Henry was a real hands on CEO.
I remember back in 1984, Even though he was the big boss, running the company, he personally conducted job interviews. The day after my interview, he personally called me and offered me the job. On my first pay day, he personally came out on the shop floor and presented me with my first paycheck, thoroughly explaining all the deductions for taxes, social security, and workers comp. He did that for every one. The man was one of a kind. A little socially awkward, but a good man with a kind heart.

I will miss Henry who I have known since High School. I was gone for many years out of the area , but when I turned and became part of the Clover Park Alumni of 1959, we reconnected. Henry and did not agree a lot politically , but I treasure his friendship and life long charitable work. He recently help me with a donation for a friend of mine who's little 9 year old daughter is from the Philippines and Henry helped out with donation to get her mom get here from the Philippines. God Bless you Henry you will alway's be in my thoughts and prayers
