Henry "Hank" Adams' Obituary
Henry “Hank” Adams, age 77, passed away in Tacoma, Washington on October 10, 2024, after a short illness. Hank was born and raised in Texas graduating from Palacios High School. In 1964 he played for the Palacios Sharks who won the Texas state football companionship in their division. In 1966 he was inducted by the US Army, served in Southeast Asia, and was honorably discharged in 1972. He made Tacoma his home and met his wife, Gilda Felizardo. They just celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary.
He is survived by his wife Gilda, son Jordan (McKenzie), grandson Kane, daughter Jennifer, brother Elvin Adams, sister Elrose Gordon (both reside in Texas), and numerous nephews and nieces in Texas and Tacoma.
He was a man with a big smile, kind, and generous. He is much loved by family and friends. He shared his bounty of “bodacious” corn, mushrooms, oysters, and strawberries that he picked-up during his trips. Even in retirement, friends still inquired about the corn and oysters, and he made special trips for them.
Now he’s gone fishing
