Henrietta Ann Mariettakes' Obituary
Henrietta Ann Mariettakes was granted her angel wings and admitted into Heaven on October 215t. She died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Etta maintained that her 82 years of life were good and that she had no regrets the life she had lived.
Etta was born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho on October 10, 1932. She completed 8 years of schooling and dreamed of all of her children completing a high school education. She was proud that her biggest dream was accomplished.
Her greatest joy in life was loving and nurturing her children and grandchildren. She loved traveling, fishing, reading and mostly the yearly family camping trip to the Hoh River for 22 years.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Andy, three brothers, a sister and a son-in-law. She is survived by all her five children, Rick (Linda) Mannon, Louie (Marty) Budinick, Jenny (Gary) Pessemier, Patricia Ramsdell and Olivia Mariettakes-Reed, 17 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and her sister, Bertha Phillips. Tony & Maxine Steger and their two daughters, Shanta and Sarah, have always held a special place in her heart.
Remembrances in lieu of flowers may be donated to Franciscan Hospice or for cancer research.
