Helen was born on September 17, 1916 in Tacoma, Washington. She lived until May 9, 2013. She is survived by her son, Charles S. McMillan and daughter, Bonnie Parker. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles McMillan, her parents Ernest Norman and Mary Hallman and one sister.
At the family’s request, there will be no services at this time.
