Helen Katarina HermansonBorn May 26, 1923 in Karnak, North Dakota and went to be with Â"Our Lord JesusÂ" on Christmas day 2006.Mother married Walter Hermanson from Mandan on September 9, 1940. They celebrated 53 years together before his passing in December 1993.Helen was a wonderful mother to her children Elaine (Bill) LeBlanc, Jim (Sheryl) Hermanson and Colleen Newton.She has seven grandchildren: Donnie Newell, Hayden (Robin) Davis, Leah (Craig) Nunes, Heather (Don) Olson, Jim (Tracy) LeBlanc, Dakota Hermanson, and Hope Hurd. She was Grandma Â"GGÂ" to 14 great-grandchildren.She is survived by her brother Alfred (Caroline) Fieber of Cooperstown, North Dakota and numerous nieces and nephews. Helen was preceded in death by her baby daughter Judith, four sisters, and one brother.A reception to celebrate HelenÂ's life will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, December 29, 2006 in the Celebration of Life Center at Mountain View Funeral Home.
