Helen "Toni" Dunbar (Hite)'s Obituary
Helen was born in Morton, WA, and moved to Tacoma in her early elementary school years. She attended Puyallup High School one year and then transferred to the brand new Franklin Pierce High School. Her class, 1955, was the first graduating class. She worked at Vancouver Door and then Pay 7 Save Drug Store on South Hill in Puyallup for 16 years.
Helen was an avid quilter and loved to sell in her Ebay store. If it wasn't fabric it was items she embroidered to sell. She often had 2 machines going at the same time. She loved to shop, loved her flowers, and most of all she loved her fur babies. She was also a longtime Seahawks fan from their very beginning. She shared many a story of the Kingdome days as she was a season ticket holder- even in their off years- she was there. She loved her Mariners as well. Her favorite entertainer was Mickey Gilley.
Helen(Toni) is survived by her loving "husband" of 20 years, Edward Krysiak, and her sons Mikel and Timothy Long, and her fur babies. She is also survived by her longtime friend Rena Kunschak of over 70 years. She is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Evelyn Hite, her brothers Robert and Lowell Hite, her husbands Denny Long and Edward Dunbar.
Loved by many, she will be missed by all her family and friends.
