Hazel Mae Hersey's Obituary
Hazel was born in Sadelia, Kansas on August 8, 1910. She passed away peacefully on September 12, 2002 with her family at her side at the age of 92. Hazel was a longtime resident of Steilacoom. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. and her son, Charles L. Hazel will be dearly missed and always loved by her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Jean (Hersey) and Don Peiffer, daughter, Marian, her grandchildren, Charles, Angela and Bill, sisters Mary Fitzpatrick, Echo Hefty, Inez Jack, brother Murrell & Mickey Twibell, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Hazel is also survived by the pride and joy of her life, her dearly loved and adored great grandchildren, Zachary and Kaylee. She also left behind her cat Â"Squeaky.Â" At Hazels request there will be no service. We will have a Celebration of her life at a later date.
